Since 2001, thousands of trail lovers have participated in RTC’s sojourns—and experienced firsthand the power of trails, from the incredible scenery and history to the powerful impact they have on surrounding communities.
This year, we’re excited to announce a major expansion of these incredible rides.
Join us on the 2016 Sojourn Series—four world-class biking events that highlight the best of rail-trails and greenways across the United States:
- Feb. 29-March 3: Florida Rail-Trail Sojourn—Miami-to-Everglades Tour (registration now open!);
- May 6-8: Pennsylvania Rail-Trail Sojourn—A Mother’s Day Excursion Along the Great Allegheny Passage (registration opens January 2016);
- June 19-22: West Virginia Rail-Trail Sojourn—Wild and Wonderful North Bend Trail (registration opens February 2016);
- Late Summer 2016: Ohio Rail-Trail Sojourn—Cleveland to Columbus on the Ohio-to-Erie Trail (final dates to come; registration opens March 2016);
